Your Virginia Privacy Rights
It is important to remember that these rights are only applicable to a resident of Virginia.
Under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act of 2021 (VCDPA) the Commonwealth has conferred the following rights to its residents:
- The “Right to Know” whether a controller is processing your personal data
- The “Right to Access Information About Collection, Disclosure and Sale of your Personal Information

- The “Right to Delete” personal information collected, except for the statutorily listed exceptions.
- Please see this link to ask for your data to be deleted/to opt out of sales, marketing and processing: Do Not Sell My Data: https://www.aidentified.com/delete-my-data
- The “Right to Correct” inaccurate information regarding the consumer.
- The “Right to opt-out of sale or sharing” of your personal information for targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or further profiling.
- The “Right to appeal” if we fail to act within the maximum 90 day period from receipt, then you may appeal the refusal to take action. If the appeal is denied then you may file a complaint with the Attorney General’s Office here: https://www.oag.state.va.us/consumer-protection/index.php/file-a-complaint
- The “Right to Avoid Discrimination” for exercising any of your consumer rights provided by the VCDPA

If you choose to exercise your rights via email at privacy@aidentified.com or in writing, to ensure that we are capable of identifying you within our system you must provide us with the following information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Number
- State/Region
- Job Title
- Company Name
Sensitive data under the VCDPA (Aidentified does NOT collect or process sensitive data. See Categories of Personal Information collected below):
- A person’s racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, mental or physical health diagnosis, sexual orientation, or citizenship or immigration status.
- The processing of genetic or biometric data for the purposes of uniquely identifying that person.
- The personal data collected from a known child, which is defined as someone younger than 13.
- Precise geolocation data.

We are listing the information below to let you know whether Aidentified has, in the last 12 months, collected the following categories of personal information and whether they are transferred to third parties for consideration or for an organization’s “business purpose” as that term is defined under Virginia law.
Note: While a category may be marked in the table below that does not necessarily mean that we have information in that category about you in our database. For example, many of our profiles do not have all possible fields populated and categories such as “commercial information” may only include information such as commercial transactions that are publicly available either via reported news events or SEC information (e.g., IPOs, mergers, acquisitions, financing rounds of companies).
