The Leadership Team

Tom Aley

Co-CEO, Founder

Tom has been a founder of several startups, a venture investor for an $8 billion media company, a public company executive, and a board member for 11 companies. He’s been involved in the funding and exiting of over 17 startups to corporations including IBM, SAP, News Corp, Informatica, Akamai, and Dun & Bradstreet. Tom’s golf obsession has taken him to dozens of courses across America as well as a few in Scotland.

Tom Rauker


Tom is the President and Co-CEO, leading all teams and operations of the company. Prior to joining Aidentified Tom served as the Global COO of Dun & Bradstreet (NYSE:DNB) where he oversaw all global operations. During his tenure he was key leader in the privatization of the company and the subsequent IPO to bring the company back to the NYSE.  Tom and his wife have five grown children. He enjoys landscaping and spending time in his barn doing woodworking.

Darr Aley

Chief Commercial Officer, Founder

Darr has been lucky to work with Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk in areas that include mergers and acquisitions, business development, strategy, and operations. Since then he has started and/or funded three data and analytics companies with his brother Tom. His current responsibilities include business and corporate development and when he is not working, Darr is likely trying to find someone to play golf with or wine tasting.

Steve Marshall, CFA

Chief Product Officer

Steve Marshall is the Chief Product Officer of Aidentified. He has worked in financial services for over 25 years, serving in leadership roles across data & analytics, software development, and investment management. Prior to joining Aidentified, Steve held leadership roles at BNY Mellon and State Street Corp. As a long time Bostonian, Steve loves the Red Sox, boating, and cooking large meals that his kids refuse to eat.

Dan Koch

Chief Technology Officer

Dan leads our software innovation, specializing in machine learning and scalable system architectures. With a 25-year tenure in software and tech, including pivotal roles at Sporting News and Empowered Benefits, Dan's journey began as the inaugural hire at American City Business Journal's digital division after graduating from Villanova University. Outside the tech realm, Dan aspires to be a gourmet chef and feed his hungry teenagers.

Juliana Spofford

General Counsel and
Chief Privacy Officer

Juliana has over 30 years of experience providing legal advice to data services and information technology companies, such as NetProspex, Inc. (sold to Dun & Bradstreet) and Generate, Inc. (sold to Dow Jones). Prior to joining Aidentified, Juliana was the global Chief Privacy Officer at Dun & Bradstreet where she was responsible for their global privacy compliance program. She likes to read, hike, canoe and kayak and recently joined the pickleball trend.

John Reid

Chief Marketing Officer

John is responsible for all things marketing at Aidentified. Over the course of his 25 year career, he’s worked with dozens of iconic B2C and B2B brands, including Apple, Google, Microsoft, Dell, and more. John’s interests include game design, writing, and (for the foreseeable future) driving long distances to watch his kids play soccer and softball.
